Unethical Conduct Reporting
1. Purpose
We receive information about unjust business processes of SDB Group employees, unreasonable demands using status and position, and corruption without disclosing the third-party reporter.
2. Operating Policy
In principle, the protection of whistleblower is based on real name and accurate evidence submission. In addition, the reporter's confidentiality is strictly protected, and anonymous reporters will not be notified of the results.

Cases
- Receiving money, other valuables or lavish entertainment from stakeholders in order to influence business.
- Obtaining undue profits using status or position, or causing damage to the company through unjust means or intentions.
- Embezzlement of company funds and asset theft
- Customer and company information leakage
- Fraudulent accounting and violation of accounting standards
- Sexual harassment at work
- Using a dominant position in the workplace to engage in abusive behavior, such as verbal abuse or assault.
- Other unethical behavior related to external stakeholders
Refrain from Reporting
- Employee's personal life and/or private disputes that the company cannot get involved in
- Unfounded, malicious reports or falsehoods or one-sided allegations
